* Got a new job.
I'm working for a company in the valley doing office junk. It isn't all that exciting but I'm learning to like it more now than I did a few weeks ago.
*Went back to school.
Okay, it's been a little over a month for this one but I couldn't remember if I had mentioned it. I'm taking a counseling class right now.
*Ran a marathon.
I really did. I completed all 26.2 miles of the L.A. Marathon. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely do it again. Anyone want to join me?
*Spoke to the middle school girls at our church.
It was so fun to get up and teach. I think the message hit me big time right in the middle of giving it. It was a Holy Spirit thing for sure.
*Turned 27.
I had a birthday dinner with great friends and shopped with my mom and grandma.
*Interviewed with a grad school.
I went through the long process with Cal State Northridge this last Sunday. I had to do some mock counseling sessions, a group presentation and individual interview. I also had to write 2 essays and even though I don't think those went as well as they could have my interview went extremely well.
*Will take the GRE this weekend.
Ugh! I'm so done with tests, especially big ones like this. Why do grad schools make people go through this!?
*Fell in love.
Okay, not really but it would be fun :)
