Well, I didn't get to go see Mr. Timberlake last week. That was a disappointment but I guess I wasn't really all that bummed out. I got to go to Lifegroup and that was great and I even made it to bed early. Look at all those positives of not going to the concert.
I'm leaving my job in a month and I'm scared about that. It's a good thing though and God has drawn me so close to Him since making this decision. I've had awesome time in scripture and prayer and even though I have no idea where I'm going to work but it's never been more clear that all He wants from me is a deeper faith and trust.
I signed up and it's official. I'm gonna be a marathoner. Yikes! After my 16 miles this weekend I second guessed myself but I've paid so there is no turning back. I ordered new shoes too. I just bought new ones but they aren't turning out to be all that I had hoped they would be. What a disappointment. Especially since they were $80! I bought this other pair online and I'm nervous about them. What if I just wasted another $60? We'll see. But one thing is for sure, a runner needs a good pair of running shoes. Anyone have tips on how to stay hydrated? I sure did feel yucky after my run on Saturday. I felt better after yakking. I hope you aren't eating right now as you casually browse my blog :)
This week is the week of birthdays. Now I have to eat out 3 times this week. Not so good news for the wallet or my scale. Happy Birthday Melissa, Papa, Robbie, and Katie.
